This restaurant truly is a hidden gem. With its unassuming facade, you'd never expect the burst of flavors and heartwarming dishes that await inside. Coupled with incredibly reasonable prices, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic, delicious meals in a cozy, rustic setting. Don't let its size fool you; the tastes here are larger than life. Highly recommended! We will be back!

We loved our dinner here. My husband had their burger, I ordered their surf and turf. We enjoyed the brownie sundae and apple turnover after our dinner. Everything was DELICIOUS! The server was super friendly! Can't wait to try more menu items!

Respectful of the great reviews left on here, this was my first time and my take away dish did not leave me too impressed. I ordered chicken tenders and veggies however, it left me wondering if they didn’t give me a kid’s portion of meat by mistake. I asked the hostess and said she didn’t know anything about what the kitchen did and she just puts in the order…she suggested that maybe their latest batch of chicken they got in was on the smaller side. I thought she might have made the effort to at least ask them, but it never happened. Also, when I asked if dipping sauce was included she said she didn’t give me any since I didn’t mention wanting any. Friendly customers inside but the staff was a somewhat odd crew. Maybe an eat-in experience would have been better, but somehow I am not really convinced. Food was good and typical southern style fried cooking…but in my opinion they were a bit stingy with portion size.

We ordered the Shrimp and Catfish Platter. The shrimp was good, the catfish was okay. We also ordered the fried okra and it was really good. Coleslaw was good. Service was REALLY good eventhough we had to wait awhile for our food.

We came here on Saturday at lunch time in-between hiking. All 4 of us had the patty melt with drinks. Sandwich and fries were good, fresh and tasty. Everything was a decent price too. I'd definitely recommend to come here and give it a try.

The Good: location, atmosphere, decoration, SERVICE The Bad: can't sit on beautiful porch; Patty Melt was pretty nasty; no specials; needs an updated menu The Ugly: the restrooms! Yuk! No rest there! And you can actually SMELL the urine from the restroom when you sit on that side of the restaurant. And while you sit there on top of the smell you get bothered by pesky flies😳. The carpet is ridiculous! Please, update this well loved place. For now, I just won't be back nor recommend. Sorry.

Ambiente ist great. Love the Decoration. Food is typical southern and very, nice people. One of my favourite places to go out for Lunch or Dinner. Very Kid friendly.
